KACCUSA Korea
About KACCUSA Korea
The Korean American Chamber of Commerce USA (KACCUSA) was officially established on November 5, 1980, in New York, building upon a network of Korean American chambers that began forming organically across the United States in the mid- to late 1970s. As the representative economic organization for Korean American businesses, KACCUSA has played a pivotal role in advancing U.S.–Korea economic cooperation and supporting the growth and development of Korean American business communities.
Today, KACCUSA comprises 78 regional chapters across major U.S. cities, with approximately 60,000 members active in various sectors including trade, manufacturing, distribution, services, and professional industries. Leveraging this extensive national network, KACCUSA works to protect the interests of business owners, share critical economic information, expand opportunities, and contribute to local community development.
KACCUSA successfully co-hosted the World Korean Business Convention with the Overseas Koreans Agency in Orange County, California (2023) and Atlanta, Georgia (2025). Through these large-scale events, the value of KACCUSA’s nationwide network and deep local business expertise was reaffirmed as a significant asset for supporting Korean companies entering the U.S. market. This experience highlighted the need for a more structured and continuous platform to assist Korean SMEs.
In response, the KACCUSA Korea was launched in October 2024 as an incorporated non-profit organization. The Korea Chapter was established to serve as a strategic bridge connecting Korean SMEs and the Korean American business community—supporting collaborative growth across the full spectrum of export, investment, distribution, and partnership development.
